Salary Range: $75,654 – $89,005 per annum
Reporting to the Manager, Parks Maintenance Services, or designate, will supervise, lead, coordinate and consolidate the programs of Parks Development, Technical and Community Support Division. Duties include preparation and implementation of the capital budget, and ten (10) year forecast; providing leadership to staff; managing preparation of design and tender of documents for parks development projects; manage parks construction projects; coordinate and oversee the review of Development Services applications as required including new parks, open space, trails and landscape plan; representative on major studies/projects; prepare and manage reports, designs and studies; Oversee grant administration; Conduct public meetings, presentations and represent the Corporation in a professional manner; manage communications and activities of Community groups and other duties as assigned.
