The Municipality of the Township of Guelph/Eramosa is currently accepting applications for the position of Permanent Full-Time Facility Coordinator for the Royal Distributing Athletic Performance Centre.
The primary job responsibilities for this position include: Dealing with customer service issues, liaising with staff and user groups, Supervise staff in the Athletic Performance Centre, All aspects of facility and program marketing, Program development and implementation Manage maintenance resources and establish systems for preventive maintenance; energy management; security; asset management; housekeeping management and quality assurance, Research new recreation trends and innovations and identify opportunities for improving service delivery; other duties as assigned.
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary diploma or degree in Recreation, Parks or Leisure Services or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in facility operations / programming environment, experience in all facets of Building Operations and a valid and unrestricted Ontario Class G driver’s license are a requirement for this position.
