I have been involved with OPA for over 15 years as a member of the Board of Directors and as an OPA instructor.
I have taught numerous course involving various types of Parks equipment and the promotion of Parks safety.
I have over 33 years of experience in Parks and Recreation working for the City of Toronto where I have been involved in the development of Parks and Recreation training. Working with the OPA has been a very rewarding experience and I truly enjoy training staff from various municipalities and organizations across the Province. If there is one that I would promote, is that training is important so everyone can working safely. Accidents happen in seconds and we want everyone to go home at the end of the work day.
