Bridge Inspection Workshop

Attend this 1/2 day workshop and learn about the various bridge structures and components that can be found in our parks systems - including super structure components, sub structure components, and culvert structures. Learn how to conduct visual inspections on these various types of bridges so you can identify and address deficiencies at an early stage, preventing future costly repairs/rehabilitation.

This course will cover:

  • Capital Needs

This course is worth .5 credit towards your Parks Practitioner Designation.


    Want to host this session? 
    For this session we require an indoor classroom that can accommodate approximately 30 people and has access to a projector with screen and a whiteboard. We also require a pedestrian walkway (bridge) for attendees to inspect during the practical portion of this course (preferable no more than a 5 to 10 minute walk from the classroom).
